Resources are allocated and guidance is provided throughout the Group to ensure a consistent and professional approach to the management of all our activities. Measures are taken to ensure the delivery of projects with minimal disruption to all parties concerned. Community relations are actively encouraged as an outward sign of the commitment we have to the communities in which we work, over and above those defined by law or expected by our shareholders.
